The words coming out of recruiter’s mouth should be pertinent to the topic A good talker in a positive sense means somebody who is only talking sense and whatever is coming out of his mouth is actually working constructively towards fomenting your relationship with the recruiter. On the other side of the fence, you have the sweet talker. Somebody, who really wants you onboard as a client; he or she will give a whole list of accomplishments about his/her work and how they will almost guarantee a well-paying position with a top company!
